The goal of each therapy session is to gain more skills to live a healthier, happier, and more balanced life.
What is a therapy session like?
In the beginning, the therapist asks questions about your problems. They also ask about other things in your life, such as family, school, and health. They listen to what it’s like for you so they can understand you. Once that is done, they will assess your problems and give you tools with an incremental approach to start working towards solutions.
